- To fill in timely and accurately accounting data received from the client
- To provide bookkeeping services such as bank reconciliation, reporting, data entry and checking
- Prepare tax and government remittances forms and filing
- To prepare check vouchers, checks and process payments
- To do client visits
- To report to an immediate supervisor
- Establish a schedule of tax return, governmental contributions, bookkeeping process, and reporting deadlines
- Anticipate and follow up annual schedule
- To perform any other tasks that may be assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree in BS Accountancy, with Professional CPA License
- Knowledge of general accounting principles
- With at least 2 year experience in the same field
- Skills in Statutory Tax Reports
- Organization and time-management skills
- Attention to Details and Problem Solving
- Ability to deliver result with high quality
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Internet, and e-mail
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
