Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior to Lead Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, the ability to lead small teams or projects, and a solid background in system analysis, design, testing, and deployment. You will be responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions, ensuring systems operate efficiently, securely, and reliably.

 

Key Responsibilities

	<li>Lead and oversee system analysis, design, and implementation across assigned projects.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, evaluate, and document business and technical requirements.</li>
	<li>Design and optimize system architectures using SQL and Oracle database structures.</li>

	<li>Manage end-to-end deployment processes and ensure seamless system integration.</li>
	<li>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.</li>
	<li>Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.</li>

	<li>Prepare system documentation, technical specifications, and process flows.</li>
