About the Role :
As a Warehouse Admin who’s manage warehouse administration for medical devices. You’ll ensure accurate inventory data and smooth processes for receiving and distributing goods.
Responsibilities:
- Record and update incoming/outgoing goods in the system
- Conduct regular stock opname and prepare stock movement reports
- Receive and verify goods from the purchasing team
- Prepare delivery documents and coordinate with the logistics/TS team
- Maintain complete documentation and inventory tracking for audits
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- SMK or Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Administration or Logistics)
- 1–2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics or medical distribution
- Good understanding and application of FIFO & FEFO principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- High integrity and a strong team player
