Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Process and prepare payroll & employee benefits (medical, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan).
- Manage employee data (attendance, leave, documentation).
- Handle employee engagement activities and events.
- Prepare all the HCGA reports.
- Manage office facilities and supplies.
- Oversee office maintenance, coordinate procurement of office equipment and supplies.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in HR, Psychology, Management, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and employee benefits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, Vlookup).
- Previous HR or administrative experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication skills.
