Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manage the Director’s “to-do” list so that timelines are met and deliverables delivered.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on key corporate events.
- Acting on behalf of and representing the director as required, including the management of calls, enquiries and requests
- Attending meetings and producing follow-up notes
- Manage non-routine correspondence.
- Be a relentless perfectionist with a positive attitude who is ready and willing to take on anything.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's Degree in any major
- Fluent in english is a plus point
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Having a pro-active mindset, involving being one step ahead.
- Having exceptional decision making and problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a sense of urgency
- Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong sense of personal initiative
- Ready to travel out of town or abroad
