- Prospect and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to achieve set sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities within the industry to expand client base.
- Conduct product and service presentations to potential clients.
- Monitor industry trends, competition, and best practices in radio media sales and marketing.
- Provide excellent customer service, understanding client needs, and delivering suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to effectively deliver promotional messages to target audiences.
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate activity reports regularly.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the media or advertising industry
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build good relationships with clients.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong knowledge of radio media and the local advertising/media market.
- Proficiency in using office software.
