Job Description
- Manage the company's technical operations.
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions and after-sales services.
- Develop technical working standards and service excellence frameworks.
- Establish the direction and roadmap for the company's technology.
- Ensure the achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and customer service quality.
- Optimize the effectiveness of engineering, support, and service center teams.

Kualifikasi Minimum
General Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Electronic Engineering. (Min GPA 3.00/4.00
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT Solutions, Service & Repair.
- Proven experience in leading a technical team on a nationwide scale.
- Experienced in project delivery and service operation management
