A. Client Understanding & Market Insight
- Conduct interviews with clients and churned users to extract valuable business insights.
- Document client use cases and business processes related to MileApp's implementation.
- Maintain an updated Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and identify new trends or verticals.
B. CRM Management
- Maintain CRM accuracy and data integrity (e.g., lead status, ICP tagging, funnel progression).
- Ensure sales feedback loops are documented and regularly reviewed.
C. Churn Analysis
- Conduct structured interviews with churned customers.
- Analyze and summarize reasons for churn to support improvements in product, sales, and marketing.
D. Content Development
- Create business case studies and whitepapers highlighting successful MileApp implementations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create content aligned with the sales funnel (nurturing stage, decision stage, etc.).
E. Website & Collateral Management
- Manage website and landing page content related to product features, industries, and use cases.
- Work with product and design teams to ensure all feature updates are reflected in our messaging.
Kualifikasi Minimum
A. Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, customer success, marketing, or a similar role in B2B/SaaS.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong writing and research skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from customer interviews or data.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
B. Preferred Qualifications
- It's a remote position; however, preference will be given to candidates based in Jabodetabek for better collaboration and occasional in-person meetings.
- Prior exposure to transportation, logistics, field force management, or SaaS industries.
- Experience developing sales content, case studies, or customer-facing documentation.
- Background in account-based marketing or lead qualification frameworks.
