- Managing end-to-end recruitment process
- Developing and maintaining a candidate database
- Building good relationships with universities, job fairs, and professional communities
- Using modern recruitment methods, including Jobstreet and other digital platforms
- Analyzing and reporting on recruitment performance (recruitment metrics)
- Contributing ideas and initiatives for improving the recruitment process
- Understanding Indonesian labor law
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Work From Office(WFO);
- Preferred has experience in Outsourcing company
- D3/S1 graduates of all majors;
- Max. 40 years old;
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a human resource
- Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin(Min HSK4)
- Have HSK Certificate
- Adaptable and able to multitask
- Effectively comunicate with internal and external stakeholders in Mandarin
- Based in Yogyakarta
