- Manages product support operations and SME factoring services, ensuring smooth processes & partner coordination
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) factoring services and collaborates with the company’s business partners. Ensures efficient processing, risk management, and compliance with factoring agreements.
- Formulates strategies and executes initiatives to expand the factoring business (Including market research, identify new opportunities and partnerships)
- Implements operational excellence initiatives (including strong retention & relationship) to enhance the quality and efficiency of services related to existing product packages
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor Degree in any major
- Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
- Have strong communication & networking skill with excellent in negotiation and building relationship
- Have good analytical skill
- Interested in micro/macro economy and B2B business
- Proactive and have excellent teamwork
- Highly driven to achieve the target
