	<li>Gathers data/information or listings of ongoing and/or forthcoming projects from reliable institutions in assigned areas and conducts benchmarking.</li>
	<li>Participating in the formulation of strategies, targets, and/or budgets of his/her area, and implementing approved action plans and programs to ensure quality sales and consistent performance level.</li>
	<li>Conducts solar estimates and prepares Sales Quotations, Order Placement Forms, and other documentation/paperwork pertaining to customer accounts in an orderly manner – legible, complete, and in accordance with prescribed pricing level, payment terms, and delivery lead time.</li>
	<li>Monitors all incoming orders, withdrawals, and outstanding balances of handled customers.</li>
	<li>Visits regularly or whenever necessary existing dealers/ clients and prospective customers for sales calls, collections, promotions, and goodwill.</li>

	<li>Involved in Project Implementation of Network and Security products</li>
	<li>Provide consultation and phone/email/onsite technical support in ensuring customer satisfaction</li>
	<li>Work closely, coordinate and update plan of activities with TL/TM, Project Manager, and SDM if working for project implementation and key accounts respectively</li>
	<li>Use essential job tools and applications diligently</li>
	<li>Properly update and close all assigned service desk cases as fast, timely and efficiently as possible.</li>
	<li>Acquire training and certifications related to products assigned</li>
	<li>Attend to client meetings and conduct Proof of Concept (POC) to clients</li>
	<li>Creates reports, implementation/support documentations, network design and Bill of Materials</li>
	<li>Ensures availability and in standby 24x7 for maintenance and incident support calls. Willing to be assigned on a shifting schedule - working from home or onsite</li>
	<li>Share knowledge and skills, provide technical guidance on other engineers</li>
	<li>Develop to be an SME on assigned Network and Security products</li>
	<li>May also be assigned as an onsite engineer for certain clients as necessary</li>
