We are a completely remote company but we have an office in Quezon City.

Purpose:

<ul>
	<li>To help the company fulfill its animation and content production requirements.</li>
</ul>

Areas of Responsibility:

1. Create:

Produce graphic design output and various vector / illustrated assets needed to fulfill the e-learning content creation requirements of the company:

<ul>
	<li>Storyboards</li>
	<li>Vector assets for animated videos</li>
	<li>e-Books and Infographics for online courses</li>
	<li>Other graphic design tasks</li>
</ul>

2. Develop:

<ul>
	<li>Brainstorm art styles and animation pegs for the company’s various e-learning courses. Take part in the art direction and quality assurance of the team’s creative output.</li>
</ul>

3. Learn:

<ul>
	<li>Work alongside a team of experienced artists and animators. Expand your skillset and become more familiar with the animation production pipeline, from storyboard to video.</li>

We are currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Home-Based Online English Instructors to be part of our growing team!

Part time schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM–6:30 PM or 6:00PM–9:00PM

No experience? No problem! 
All qualified applicants will undergo a comprehensive four-week online training 
before starting.

Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (via Zoom) 
Paid Training: PHP 200–250/day (released upon passing the evaluation)

Responsibilities:

	<li>Conduct one-on-one phone and video classes for Korean students</li>
	<li>Monitor and evaluate student progress</li>
	<li>Perform other related tasks</li>
</ul>

PT Compensation &amp; Benefits:

<ul>
	<li>Starting hourly rate: PHP 160.00 - PHP 140.00/hr with or without students.</li>
	<li>Maximum of PHP 180.00
	<ul>
		<li>Hourly rate range can be increased depending on the results of the quarterly performance evaluation.</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>If your productivity is between 70%-79%, you'll receive an extra PHP 500.00.</li>
	<li>If your productivity is 80% or above, you'll earn PHP 1,000.00.</li>
	<li>Compliment/referral/recognition incentive and holiday pay.</li>
</ul>

Salary Payout

	<li>Every 15th and 30th of the month</li>
