About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and passionate photographer to join our team. As a photographer at Howel and Co you will play a crucial part in planning and executing photo shoots, styling products, directing models, and editing images to create compelling visual content that resonates with our brand target audience.

 

What you will do:

<ul>
	<li>Plan and schedule shooting sessions, including creating mood boards and conceptualizing concepts for each project.</li>
	<li>Set up lighting and style products for production, ensuring that each image meets the desired aesthetic and brand standards.</li>
	<li>Direct models during photo shoots to effectively communicate the desired concept and capture compelling images.</li>
	<li>Edit and retouch images to perfection, ensuring a polished final product that meets client expectations.</li>
	<li>Prepare all necessary resources for photo shoots, including props, gear, talent, and studio spaces.</li>
	<li>Proactively contribute ideas and suggestions for content improvement to the production team.</li>
	<li>Plan and present photography workshops and training materials for the Content, Marketing, and Merchandise teams to enhance visual content production skills.</li>
