Nurture these leads with care, empathy, and accurate information until they are ready to book an

appointment.

Scheduling &amp; Coordination:

Coordinate with clinic staff to schedule consultations, assessments, or treatments. Ensure

appointments are confirmed and follow-ups are completed.

 CRM Tracking:

Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, status updates, and follow-up schedules using

CRM tools or lead tracking spreadsheets.

Project Support:

Track internal clinic projects, campaigns, or service rollouts. Ensure team members meet deadlines

and nothing falls through the cracks.

Reporting:

Provide weekly summaries of patient inquiries, conversion metrics, no-shows, and pending

follow-ups to the clinic manager or marketing team.

Communication Liaison:

Serve as the communication bridge between marketing, front desk, and clinical teams to ensure a

seamless patient experience from inquiry to treatment.

General Admin Support:

Help with calendar management, data entry, patient forms, and basic reporting tasks as needed.
