Li Auto PH is looking for a Finance and Accounting Officer who will play a key role in managing the company’s day-to-day financial operations. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work closely with both local teams and Chinese counterparts in a fast-paced automotive startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and record all business expenses – including operations, payroll, marketing, logistics, and admin costs
• Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, cash flow summaries, and account reconciliations
• Monitor disbursements, collections, and bank transactions
• Handle payroll computations and government compliance: BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth
• Maintain organized records of all accounting documents and reports
• Assist in budget planning and cost analysis
• Coordinate with Chinese counterparts for financial documentation and approvals
• Support internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance, or any related course
• At least 2–3 years of experience in general accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting
• Familiar with Philippine tax laws and government report filing
• Proficient in Excel; experience using accounting software is an advantage
• Can work independently and under minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and work ethics
• Experience working with Chinese colleagues or management is a plus (Mandarin not required)
