Responsibilities HRAS Admin:

<ul>
	<li>Manage administration data of Employee’s health insurance/BPJS kesehatan.</li>
	<li>Manage the equipment needs of Employee.</li>
	<li>Make a letter relating to the Employee</li>
	<li>Verify and store document of Eemployee</li>
	<li>Take a picture for ID Card.</li>
	<li>Distribute health insurance card.</li>
	<li>Verify reimbursement document.</li>
	<li>Manage, collect and archive all personnel document.</li>
	<li>Manage the master data of employee</li>
	<li>Upload and update data of employees.</li>
	<li>Carry out all duties or tasks in accordance with HSE rules and related procedures or regulation to produce quality of work that meet the required standard.</li>
	<li>Participate in internal training or other knowledge enrichment program to improve knowledge and skill.</li>
	<li>Report any issues or problems to his/her superior</li>
	<li>Follow the direction from his/her superior.</li>
</ul>

Responsibilities Training Admin:

<ul>
	<li>Ensure the readiness of training materials.</li>
	<li>Purchase (prepare) for equipments or needs: training logistics (tools, refreshment, lodging, transportation, etc.) training program.</li>
	<li>Ensure the readiness of facilities and infrastructure, including tools for training.</li>
	<li>Ensure participants registration process and coordination for in house and public training.</li>
	<li>Prepare for participants and instructors attendance list.</li>
	<li>Set up classroom equipment (flip chart, marker, stationary) &amp; sitting arrangement.</li>
	<li>Break time arrangement.</li>
	<li>Input data and support training or certification evaluation.</li>
	<li>Save, archive and protect training or certification documentation.</li>
	<li>Conduct administration process for training or certification.</li>
	<li>Conduct monitoring for certification and related license acquired by training.</li>
	<li>Administrating training budget allocation and its reporting.</li>
	<li>Support training vendor selection process, including its payment.</li>
	<li>Carry out all duties or tasks in accordance with HSE rules and related procedures or regulation to produce quality of work that meet the required standard.</li>
	<li>Participate in internal training or other knowledge enrichment program to improve knowledge and skill.</li>
	<li>Report any issues or problem to his/her.</li>
	<li>Follow the direction from his/her superior.</li>
