Further to the development and addition of new companies engaged to Nickel Ore business, 28Resources has emerged to assist in obtaining capital investment and / or the provision of technical assistance for a certain period of time for companies. The goals are to assist them in establishing a new companies, helping with experience equity difficulties at an early stage, in the development and restructuring stage, to help any transfer of ownership of the company.

The form of equity participation by 28Resources is Equity Financing, direct equity participation by taking part of the total shares owned by the partner company.

	<li>Manage and oversee all mining permits (IUP, RKAB, Environmental Permits, etc.)</li>
	<li>Ensure completeness, validity, and timely renewal of all licenses</li>
	<li>Establish and maintain effective communication with government authorities at both central and regional levels</li>
	<li>Attend coordination meetings, clarification sessions, and regulatory evaluations</li>
	<li>Monitor regulatory changes and ensure company compliance with applicable mining laws</li>

	<li>Draft, review, and manage agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.</li>
	<li>Provide legal advice and support for operational, commercial, and regulatory matters.</li>
	<li>Collaborate closely with the Permit Division to oversee and monitor mining-related permits, licenses, and reporting obligations.</li>
	<li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mining law, corporate regulations, and licensing frameworks in Indonesia.</li>
	<li>Conduct legal research, monitor regulatory changes, and advise management on potential impacts.</li>
	<li>Manage documentation, filing, and legal database for compliance and audit readiness.</li>
	<li>Liaise with external legal counsel, consultants, and relevant authorities when required.</li>

Legal & Permit Supervisor or Assistant Manager

	<li>Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards</li>
	<li>Manage and oversee general ledger activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations</li>
	<li>Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes</li>
	<li>Support external audit processes and liaise with external auditors</li>
