Key Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li class="text-justify">Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications using Java (Spring Boot) and microservices architecture.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services to support enterprise and high-traffic applications.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Implement microservices-based solutions following SOLID principles and the 12-Factor App methodology.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical planning to ensure scalable and maintainable systems.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Develop backend services using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, and Quarkus.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Create, review, and maintain technical documentation, including:
	<ul>
		<li class="text-justify">Functional Specification Documents (FSD)</li>
		<li class="text-justify">Technical design documents</li>
		<li class="text-justify">Production implementation guides</li>

	<li class="text-justify">Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for application issues across development, staging, and production environments.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Provide temporary workarounds and permanent solutions for production incidents while ensuring resolution meets IT SLA standards.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Maintain and manage source code repositories using Git / GitLab version control systems.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Maintain and enhance existing enterprise applications and backend services.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Contribute actively in Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Apply best practices in coding standards, performance optimization, system security, and reliability.</li>
