We are seeking a Brand &amp; Content Strategist to help shape, grow, and communicate the stories behind our client's brand, experiences, products, and future ventures. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, content strategy, customer understanding, and digital growth. You will help define how our client's brands are positioned, how they communicate, and how they connect with customers across both online and offline touchpoints.

Working closely with the leadership team, a graphic designer specializing in social media, and external creative partners, you will help translate business objectives into compelling narratives, campaigns, content, and customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and execution, someone who can connect business goals with creative opportunities and help bring ideas to life.

1. Brand Strategy &amp; Leadership: 
- Formulate, govern, and evolve the brand and content strategy, ensuring a cohesive and sophisticated identity across all digital platforms. 
- Lead the visual and conceptual direction for marketing campaigns, product launches, and lookbooks, translating strategic marketing objectives into artistic directives. 
- Define and evolve the positioning, purpose, and identity of our client's brands and experiences.

2. Content Operations &amp; Social Media Management: 
- Design, curate, and maintain a comprehensive content roadmap and editorial calendar across key Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels (Shopify, email newsletters, and social media). 
- Oversee end-to-end social media strategy, including the development of creative briefs, content direction, and trend monitoring to drive brand growth. 
- Manage the tactical distribution and publishing of digital content, optimizing layouts, captions, and copy to increase engagement and retention.

3. Performance &amp; Market Intelligence: 
- Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance and e-commerce analytics, using data-driven insights to iterate strategy and maximize conversion rates. 
- Stay ahead of regional fashion trends, consumer behaviors, and digital marketing innovations to keep the brand relevant. 
- Conduct market analysis, consumer segmentation, and competitor audits to uncover strategic opportunities.

4. Collaboration &amp; Advisory: 
- Partner collaboratively with the Social Media &amp; Graphic Designer to guide visual output and ensure alignment with global brand guidelines. 
- Provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team on how brand, content, and customer experience support business growth. 
- Present strategic recommendations clearly and support leadership in making informed brand and growth decisions. 
- Work cross-functionally with design, marketing, and digital teams to ensure strategic alignment from concept to execution.
