Job Description

We are looking for Fare Audit team members to assist the team's objective to audit the fares by comparing fares in GDS, spreadsheet, and fare sheet. To succeed in this role, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with strong analytical and good English skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing the fare sheets in GDS and client’s system.
  • Reporting on audit findings to the client.
  • Keeping productivity benchmark and accuracy as per team’s minimum standard
  • Following instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform assigned tasks.
  • Ensuring that all work is processed according to the team’s minimum standard.
  • Reporting any issues or system limitations to the direct supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills in English (both written & spoken)
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Experienced in travel or tourism industry
  • GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, and Galileo) experience
  • Having Audit skill
  • Having intermediate Excel skill
