Job Description
- Conducts technical training programs for Isuzu dealerships on automotive servicing, vehicle fundamentals, and troubleshooting to ensure excellent customer vehicle operation.
- Sets training program KPIs and regularly evaluates the effectiveness of the programs through assessment results and observations. Provides recommendations of intervention action plans.
- Communicates effectively with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and process owners in developing accurate and up-to-date training materials.
- Seeks innovative methods in the implementation of the training programs through various platforms.
- Manages the training costs and ensures the efficient use of the company resources.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or related course.
- With at least 3 years of automotive technical training experience; training certification is a plus.
- Must have technical knowledge in commercial and light commercial vehicles.
- Proactive individual with keen attention to details and good organizational skills.
- With an exceptional degree of creativity, resourcefulness and analytical skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure work environment.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- With valid driver’s license (LTO restriction of at least 2 or 3).
