Job Description
- Gather business requirements by conducting stakeholder expectation workshops
- Coordinate with both Business and development teams to drive developments as per business expectations along with product owners
- Identify and drive key improvements areas using improvement methodologies
- Assist the team to organize, plan and implement business strategies
- Tracking and reporting of the progress of initiatives driven in the team
- Collaborate closely with business/IT/Risk/Legal and Compliance
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of experience in business process transformation
- Experience from Financing/Banking/Insurance/Fintech
- Strong understanding of how business processes automation system development work and integrate into an ERP environment
- Excellent Project Management skills and exposure to various methodologies in Project Management
- Ability to design and drive changes for business-process reengineering and organizational change
- Familiar with Process Improvement Methodology
- Proficient with Project Management Tools - Visio
- Fluent in English is a must
