	<li>Support the Head of HR in formulating and implementing strategic HR initiatives aligned with company goals</li>
	<li>Assist in monitoring and supporting the achievement of team KPIs to help maintain high performance standards</li>
	<li>Contribute to data-driven HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance tracking</li>
	<li>Take the lead on day-to-day recruitment efforts—job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating final selection with relevant teams</li>
	<li>Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet evolving hiring needs</li>
	<li>Stay updated on recruitment trends and recommend improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience</li>
	<li>Support employee relations by addressing concerns and grievances professionally and confidentially</li>
	<li>Help promote a positive workplace culture by organizing and coordinating employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building events and coworking days</li>
	<li>Assist in the communication and enforcement of HR policies and protocols, ensuring alignment with labor laws and internal standards</li>
	<li>Monitor attendance records and timekeeping systems, flagging inconsistencies and supporting resolution</li>
	<li>Provide administrative support for compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation processes</li>
	<li>Help develop programs that support employee engagement, growth, and retention, while tracking progress and impact</li>
	<li>Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding to ensure a smooth and welcoming integration into the team</li>
