We’ve grown from a garage operation to a staff strength of 300 and growing across Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand; but we still maintain a boutique company feel and culture within each local market. As a Strategy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our scaling efforts, with responsibilities including:

	<li>Collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, Researchers, and Engineers to drive strategic initiatives and guide project direction in partnership with Project Leads.</li>
	<li>Collaborating with clients to understand their context, challenges, and business goals to sharpen our focus scope.</li>
	<li>Spearheading the team to conduct in-depth research and data analysis to uncover insights and solutions tailored to client challenges.</li>
	<li>Experimenting with new approaches and discovering best practices for effective problem-solving.</li>
	<li>Presenting discovered opportunities and solutions to our clients, engaging audiences from the working team to senior leadership.</li>

Strategy Analyst

EarthTrack solves warehouse management for heavy equipment industries.

Our system accurately manages inventory, including assets, items, materials and spare parts, in all storage locations.

We use bespoke software, RFID tags, GPS and a mobile tablet to save costs, avoid downtime, improve logistics, and automate processes.

As a Principal or Senior Engineer at EarthTrack, you will partner closely with the CTO and Technical Lead to maximize the productivity and effectiveness of the engineering team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that engineering standards are consistently applied and continuously evolved to meet the company’s growing business and technical demands.

 

You will provide hands-on technical leadership in architecture and design, set the bar for best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and documentation, and mentor engineers to elevate team capability. By driving technical excellence and fostering a culture of high standards, you will play a key role in enabling EarthTrack to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

	Lead architectural and design reviews, ensuring systems are built for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
