Kindergarten Camp Learning Center (KCLC) is the largest independent preschool in Antipolo, proudly serving around 300 students aged 2 to 6 years old. Since 2006, we have been committed to providing high-quality early childhood education rooted in play, exploration, and holistic development. For 20 years, KCLC has earned the trust and support of families and the local community as a warm, nurturing, and child-centered learning institution. In response to this growing family, KCLC opened its doors in 2018 to the Lower Antipolo and Marikina communities, which now serves approximately 100 students.

<p>A Preschool Teacher is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can develop socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically. The teacher encourages exploration, creativity, and curiosity, supports children’s developmental milestones.</p>

<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>

<ul>
	<li>Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.</li>
	<li>Prepare, and deliver age-appropriate educational activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.</li>
	<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.</li>
	<li>Integrate play-based learning and hands-on activities to engage children in meaningful learning experiences.</li>
	<li>Observe and assess each child’s progress and developmental milestones, maintaining accurate records.</li>
	<li>Support children’s social and emotional growth through positive guidance and encouragement.</li>
	<li>Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding children’s progress, behavior, and needs.</li>
	<li>Collaborate with colleagues to design curriculum and implement best practices in early childhood education.</li>
