	<li>Participating in the formulation of strategies, targets and/or budgets of his/her area, and implements approved action plans and programs to ensure quality sales and consistent performance level.</li>
	<li>Conducts estimates and prepares Sales Quotations, Order Placement Forms and other documentation / paper works pertaining to customer account in an orderly manner – legible, complete and in accordance with prescribed pricing level, payment terms, and delivery lead time.</li>
	<li>Monitors all incoming orders, withdrawals and outstanding balances of handled customers.</li>
	<li>Visits regularly or whenever necessary existing dealers/ clients and prospective customers for sales calls, collections, promotions and goodwill.</li>

Real Estate Sales Officer

Job Purpose:

This job is responsible for project designs, cost estimates, project supervision, and other technical services necessary in the generation of sales of all company products and services following established policies and guidelines.

Job Scope:

<ul>
	<li>Facilitation project estimates which include the following:</li>
	<li>Preparation of Roof Plan through the use of ACAD or conventional drafting for projects for installation and/or whenever required.</li>
	<li>Preparation of cutting list, bent details, and other accessories required</li>
	<li>Preparation of requirements for Sales Quotations for Special Projects.</li>
	<li>Preparation of Bar Chart (activity sequencing) for project timetable</li>
	<li>Performs/assists actual measurements for projects that need cost-estimated other technical supports.</li>
	<li>Project supervision of all installed projects by conducting the following:</li>
	<li>Pre-mobilization inspection and installation contracts documentation.</li>
	<li>Project inspection during installation or as necessary</li>
	<li>Serving the Notice of Completion upon completion of the project and the Customer</li>
	<li>Feedback Survey in compliance with the ISO documentation requirements.</li>
	<li>Process installers’ billings of company-installed projects.</li>
	<li>Provide technical assistance to walk-in/in-house and/or prospective buyers.</li>
	<li>Assist in Product Presentation and extend technical assistance as requested by sales personnel.</li>
	<li>Conduct product and technical sessions/orientation for all Marketing personnel who need the required knowledge.</li>
	<li>Preparation of necessary reports for meetings and project monitoring.</li>
	<li>Perform other tasks as deemed necessary by superiors for the attainment of company goals.</li>
