 Jam kerja Setiap Hari (Senin – Minggu, termasuk Hari Besar dan Hari Libur Lainnya)

 Shift I : 08.00 – 16.00

 Shift II : 16.00 – 00.00

 Shift III : 00.00 – 08.00

b. Serah terima pekerjaan (Hand over) antar Shift dilakukan 30 menit sebelum pergantian Shift, sehingga masing – masing staf Monitoring harus tiba di BPJS Kesehatan 30 menit lebih awal dari Waktu Shift.

c. Melakukan monitoring Day to Day terhadap Aplikasi, Database dan Server dengan detil pekerjaan:

Memonitoring availability dan response time seluruh Aplikasi dengan menggunakan Tools url yang ada pada aplikasi OpManager atau tools lain yang legal dimiliki oleh Pihak Kedua (optional).

Memonitoring Service sql, Job dan Agent

Memonitoring Blocking dan Expensive Query

Memonitoring HA/Replikasi/Always On Database (Primary-Secondary- DRC), ssis dan Data Backup

Monitoring dilakukan setiap Jam dengan mengisi Ceklist Monitoring Database

Monitoring dilakukan menggunakan Remote Desktop ke Server dan atau menggunakan tools lain yang legal dimiliki oleh Pihak Kedua (Optional).

Monitoring mencakup seluruh Instance dan Database yang dimiliki oleh BPJS Kesehatan

 

Server

Memonitoring Utilisasi dan Performansi cpu, ram dan Disk Drive Server seluruh server (fisik dan virtual)

Monitoring dilakukan menggunakan Remote Desktop ke Server dan atau menggunakan tools Monitoring VMware untuk server Virtual atau tools lain yang legal dimiliki oleh Pihak Kedua (Optional).

Monitoring dilakukan setiap Jam dengan mengisi Ceklist Monitoring Server

 

 

d. Seluruh Ceklist Monitoring Aplikasi, Database dan Server dilaporkan setiap hari pada akhir Shift III melalui email ke Kedeputian Bidang okti

e. Secara aktif mengkomunikasikan apabila terjadi kendala pada Aplikasi, Database dan Server melalui media komunikasi yang telah disepakati dengan respond time maksimal 15 menit

f. Bersama Tim Pemeliharaan melakukan Troubleshoot terhadap kendala pada Aplikasi, Database dan Server

g. Bersama dengan Tim Pemeliharaan dan Kedeputian Bidang okti melakukan Instalasi terhadap produk Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Sql Server dan Produk/Fitur Microsoft lainnya apabila dibutuhkan

h. Membuat Laporan Insiden Manajemen berisi Laporan kejadian khusus/insiden yang terjadi pada saat day-to-day monitoring. Misalnya insiden Aplikasi tidak dapat diakses/down, Database mengalami blocking, cpu/ram/Disk Drive Server melewati batas yang sudah ditentukan, kegagalan sistem dan insiden lainnya yang berdampak pada operasional

i. Membuat Laporan Bulanan yang merupakan gabungan dari Laporan Pemeliharaan dan Troubleshoot yang dibuat oleh Tim Pemeliharaan dan Laporan Monitoring yang merupakan rekapitulasi dari Ceklist Monitoring Aplikasi, Database dan Server
