	<li>Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed targets.</li>
	<li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities.</li>
	<li>Work closely with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.</li>
	<li>Provide regular sales updates, pipeline status, and performance reports to line manager.</li>
