	<li>Review health history, including medications, any allergies, and review specific instructions for what patients need to do prior to procedure</li>
	<li>Explains procedures/ treatment to patient and/or family members.</li>
	<li>Document appropriately the care/instructions given to the patient.</li>
	<li>Carries out physician orders.</li>
	<li>Maintain accuracy and completeness of patient's medical record</li>
	<li>Record and report pertinent observation regarding the patient</li>
	<li>Maintains the standards of nursing care and implements the policies and procedures of the department</li>
