In this position, you would use statistical and machine learning methods to help improve collection processes and communication with our clients. You would join a small team with the following responsibilities:

• Prepare ad-hoc analyses as well as regular reports and monitoring of collection processes performance. Provide insight into what is wrong and how to fix it.
• Propose process changes and together with other departments design, implement and pilot these changes. Evaluate A/B tests using hypothesis testing and Bayesian inference.
• Use uplift modeling and other segmentation approaches to choose the best communication channels to contact our clients satisfying cost/benefit constraints. Develop and maintain scorecards used for uplift modeling.
• Automate and improve workflows in Python, SQL, Excel and PowerBI.

• Good English both spoken and written.
