<p>We are seeking a <strong>Shopify Order &amp; 3PL Specialist</strong> to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless order fulfillment across our Shopify platform and global network of 3PL partners. The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing e-commerce operations with multiple warehouses, strong technical skills in Shopify and spreadsheets, and the ability to coordinate between suppliers, purchasing, and logistics teams to maintain accurate, efficient, and timely fulfillment.</p>

<h1><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h1>

<h2><strong>3PL Management &amp; Integrations</strong></h2>

<ul>
	<li>Set up and manage integrations between Shopify and multiple 3PLs (currently ~8 providers worldwide).</li>
	<li>Ensure products, SKUs, and inventory levels are accurately linked and synced across Shopify and 3PL systems.</li>
	<li>Validate that tracking numbers and fulfillment updates from 3PLs are consistently pushed into Shopify.</li>
	<li>Maintain logins and system knowledge for multiple 3PL portals, understanding each partner’s specific requirements and workflows.</li>
	<li>Oversee receiving processes with 3PLs, ensuring inbound shipments from suppliers meet labeling, carton, and pallet requirements.</li>
	<li>Support product setup within each 3PL system to ensure readiness for fulfillment.</li>
</ul>

<h2><strong>Order Processing &amp; Troubleshooting</strong></h2>

<ul>
	<li>Monitor all orders in Shopify, identifying and resolving issues with syncing, stockouts, or address errors.</li>
	<li>When automated syncing fails, export, clean, and reformat order data in Google Sheets for manual submission to 3PLs.</li>
	<li>Collect tracking data from 3PLs and manually import updates into Shopify when necessary.</li>
	<li>Create and maintain custom views/dashboards in Shopify to proactively monitor fulfillment status.</li>
</ul>

<h2><strong>Supplier &amp; Internal Coordination</strong></h2>

<ul>
	<li>Work closely with the purchasing team to ensure suppliers provide all data required by 3PLs for inbound shipments.</li>
	<li>Communicate directly with suppliers and warehouses to resolve discrepancies or delays.</li>
	<li>Provide clear documentation and SOPs for product creation, linking, and fulfillment processes across Shopify and 3PLs.</li>
</ul>

<h2><strong>Reporting &amp; Continuous Improvement</strong></h2>

<ul>
	<li>Generate reports on order trends, fulfillment accuracy, and 3PL performance.</li>
	<li>Identify bottlenecks in syncing or manual processes and recommend solutions to increase efficiency.</li>
	<li>Leverage AI tools to automate reporting, detect anomalies, and surface insights that drive smarter decision-making across fulfillment and logistics.</li>
	<li>Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to reduce manual work, improve order accuracy, and optimize multi-3PL coordination.</li>
	<li>Maintain up-to-date SOPs for multi-3PL operations.</li>
</ul>
