Kitar is a growing second-hand mobile phone retailer launching our new online store across various online platforms (Kitar website and e-commerce platforms). We aim to provide customers with high-quality, certified pre-owned mobile phones at affordable prices. To ensure an excellent customer experience, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development – Store Opening to join our team.

This role will focus on driving sales through proactive and helpful customer engagement via chat while also assisting with packing and preparing orders for shipment. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, tech-savvy, and capable of multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

	<li>Commercial Real Estate Channel Development

	<ul>
		<li>Identify and secure partnerships with premium shopping centres across major Indonesian cities.</li>
		<li>Build strong relationships with mall management, commercial agents, and key decision-makers.</li>
		<li>Conduct market research and feasibility analysis based on demographics, foot traffic, pricing, and brand positioning.</li>

	</li>
	<li>Commercial Negotiations &amp; Partnership Agreements
	<ul>
		<li>Lead negotiations on rental terms, space allocation, and key commercial clauses.</li>
		<li>Evaluate the financial and strategic value of each potential agreement.</li>
		<li>Coordinate with finance and legal teams to align on acceptable terms.</li>
		<li>Finalise and execute binding partnership agreements.</li>

	<li>End-to-End Store Opening Project Management
	<ul>
		<li>Oversee the full store opening process from signing to grand opening.</li>
		<li>Manage licensing, regulatory approvals, and business registration.</li>
		<li>Coordinate store setup, construction progress, and quality assurance.</li>
		<li>Ensure on-time, on-budget launch through proactive issue resolution and team alignment.</li>

	<li>Relationship Maintenance &amp; Continuous Partnership
	<ul>
		<li>Maintain strong post-opening relationships with mall management.</li>
		<li>Provide performance updates on sales, traffic, and promotions.</li>
		<li>Serve as the main liaison for operational coordination and issue handling.</li>
		<li>Support long-term partnership growth, expansion, and renegotiation opportunities</li>
