Billing Specialist Remote  

Oversees the tasks of sending invoices to clients and monitoring outstanding balances to ensure each account is paid on time and in full. Helps the organization keep track of how much money is owed and by whom, often managing numerous client accounts at once.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Creates invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to a customer.
• Collaborates with customers, third-party institutions, and other team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errors.
• Informs customers of any missed or upcoming payment deadlines
• Sends invoices and account updates to clients.
• Keeps an accurate record of client accounts and outstanding balances.
• Receives, sorts, and tracks incoming payments.
• Validates debit accounts to ensure the credibility of payments.
• Issues receipts for received payments.

Qualifications:

• Filipino candidates
• Knowledgeable and well-versed in Stripe.
• BPO customer service experience in billing is required.
• Proficient in Google Workspace especially in spreadsheets.
• Keen on details.
• Should be a team player.
• Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous graveyard work experience preferred.
• Must be able to work an 8-hour night shift (Monday–Friday) or EST schedule

Technical Requirement:

• Own computer unit and backup;
• Stable postpaid internet connection with atleast 100mbps and backup;
• Backup power supply.
