Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>⁠Memasarkan unit properti dari berbagai listing yang tersedia</li>
	<li>Mengelola database klien untuk melacak prospek dan perkembangan penjualan.</li>
	<li>⁠Melayani kebutuhan klien dari pencarian properti hingga closing</li>
	<li>Menjadwalkan janji Show unit &amp; mendampingi klien melakukan kunjungan properti</li>
	<li>Bekerja bersama tim sales secara onsite di kantor</li>
	<li>Bekerja sama dengan tim after-sales untuk memastikan proses transaksi berjalan lancar</li>

<ul>
	<li>Melakukan review, verifikasi, assessment terhadap data-data terkait kelengkapan administrasi pengajuan pinjaman.</li>
	<li>Memastikan kelengkapan dokumen serta kesesuaian dengan kebijakan internal.</li>
	<li>Melakukan monitoring terhadap outstanding loan, jadwal pembayaran, serta status kolektibilitas.</li>
	<li>Menyusun laporan periodik terkait posisi pinjaman, aging, dan performance loan portfolio.</li>
	<li>Melakukan rekonsiliasi data pinjaman dengan bagian Finance/Accounting untuk keperluan pengajuan pinjaman perbankan.</li>
	<li>Menangani pertanyaan dan komunikasi dengan pihak internal maupun eksternal terkait status pinjaman.</li>
	<li>Mengidentifikasi potensi risiko dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan proses loan management.</li>
