Sales Senior Executive

	<li>Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and workforce requirements.</li>
	<li>Lead and manage all Human Resources functions:  HR Operations, Industrial Relations, Performance Management and Employee Engagement.</li>
	<li>Experienced in developing and implementing updated HR policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in compliance with Indonesian Labor Law and company standards.</li>
	<li>Lead Industrial Relations (IR) activities, including employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and dispute resolution while maintaining a positive working environment.</li>

	<li>Lead and supervise international purchasing activities to ensure the timely procurement of materials required for shipbuilding, ship repair &amp; ship docking projects.</li>
	<li>Develop sourcing strategies and identify qualified international suppliers, particularly from China, to achieve purchasing budget and delivery objectives.</li>
	<li>Manage the end-to-end import procurement process, including supplier sourcing, RFQ/RFP, price negotiations, purchase order issuance, and shipment.</li>
	<li>Communicate and negotiate directly with International suppliers regarding pricing, specifications, lead times, quality requirements, and commercial terms.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with Engineering, PPIC, Warehouse, Logistics, and Project Management teams to ensure procurement activities align with project schedules and material requirements.</li>
	<li>Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, responsiveness, and compliance with contractual agreements.</li>
	<li>Oversee import documentation, including Purchase Orders, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading/Air Waybills, Certificates of Origin, and other shipping documents.</li>
	<li>Control procurement costs, monitor purchasing budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product quality and delivery performance.</li>
