UTAK POS

Do you enjoy teaching people, solving real problems, and helping others feel confident using new technology? Are you someone who can simplify complex ideas and make learning feel easy and approachable?

As a Digital Training Associate, you’ll guide clients from onboarding to everyday success with UTAK POS. You’ll work closely with business owners and their teams, helping them understand the system, answering real questions, and making sure they feel supported every step of the way. Beyond training, you’ll also help improve how we onboard and support MSMEs as we continue to grow.

	<li>Product Education: You’ll explain key features, benefits, and real-world use cases so clients can confidently apply what they learn in their daily operations.</li>
	<li>Client Support: You’ll answer questions, help troubleshoot issues, and provide simple solutions that help clients navigate the system confidently.</li>
	<li>Make the Product Click: You’ll break down complex processes into easy-to-understand lessons for both tech-savvy and non-tech-savvy users.</li>
	<li>Client Engagement: You’ll regularly check in with clients to support ongoing learning and ensure they continue getting value from the product.</li>
	<li>Training Improvement: You’ll gather client feedback and help improve training materials, processes, and delivery methods over time.</li>
	<li>Cross-Team Collaboration: You’ll work closely with product, support, tech, and sales teams to stay aligned on updates and client needs.</li>
	<li>Organization &amp; Tracking: You’ll maintain accurate training records, client progress notes, and feedback to keep operations organized and efficient.</li>
	<li>On-Ground Support: You may visit client stores or locations when needed to conduct in-person trainings and better understand their operations.</li>

About NowServing

NowServing connects patients with healthcare providers across the Philippines. We're building new growth channels beyond our current digital marketing to reach more Filipinos who need healthcare.

The Opportunity

You'll build and own entirely new patient acquisition channels that we're not currently working on. Think: partnerships with brands and local businesses, community activations, offline campaigns, and experimental digital channels. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to create growth engines from scratch.

What You'll Own

	<li>Campaign execution: Design and launch co-marketing promotions, joint events, and local activations</li>
	<li>New channel testing: Explore and test acquisition channels we haven't tried yet (examples: SMS campaigns, podcast sponsorships, healthcare events, professional associations, radio, print, community programs)</li>
	<li>Performance tracking: Measure what's working, learn fast, and scale winning channel</li>
