Digital Marketing Specialist  

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies focused on generating qualified b2b leads and supporting the company’s sales pipeline.
• Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Identify and test new channels, tactics, and creative approaches to acquire high-quality business leads.
• Develop compelling campaign concepts, landing pages, ad copy, and content that drive conversion and lead generation.
• Analyze campaign performance, including CPL, conversion rate, lead quality, CAC, and Roi, and continuously optimize campaigns based on data.
• Work closely with the Sales team to understand target customers, lead quality, and sales feedback.
• Conduct audience research and develop effective targeting strategies for B2b decision-makers.
• Run A/B testing and experiments on ads, messaging, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies.
• Monitor digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
• Prepare regular reports and insights on campaign performance and recommend actions for improvement.
• Help build and improve the company's lead generation funnel, from awareness and acquisition to lead qualification and conversion.

• Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing concepts.
• Familiar with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other digital advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with an ability to interpret campaign performance.
• Creative thinker with brilliant and unconventional ideas for generating B2B leads.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to experiment, test, fail, learn, and optimize.
• Understanding of basic marketing metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, CVR, CAC, and ROAS/ROI.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with Sales and Business Development teams.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of campaigns and results.
• Portfolio, campaign experience, personal projects, certifications, or proven results in performance marketing will be a strong advantage.
