What you'll do:

People Management

<ul>
	<li>Set job expectation, qualifications, organizational structure, compensation, span of control, hiring and selection policy</li>
	<li>Recommend recognition, incentive program as mutually agreed by the company and the distributor for its sales force</li>

Distribution Channel Management

<ul>
	<li>Create and determine COD Structure based on the peculiarity of the area to be achieved</li>
</ul>

Cost Management

<ul>
	<li>Evaluate financial statements (profit/balance sheets)</li>
	<li>Recommend revenue-generating activities</li>
</ul>

Business Development

<ul>
	<li>Develop workable objectives, strategies and action steps for long-term corporate strategies</li>
	<li>Conduct Business Reviews with distributors</li>
	<li>Conduct regular meetings with distributor on the market situation, variance review and other pertinent information</li>
	<li>Develop contingency plans</li>

Information Management

	<li>Ensure that all valid MIS supports the operational requirements of the distributor and the information needs of the company</li>

	<li>Interpret relevant information for dynamic market conditions of the area</li>
	<li>Provide info and analysis of market and competitive activities in writing</li>
	<li>Check required reports for deviation of itinerary and accounts</li>

Merchandising and Display

<ul>
	<li>Ensure proper BO Management by the distributor and its sales force</li>
	<li>Provide forecast of p.o.p.’s and merchandising requirements with check and control monitoring system</li>
	<li>Enforce Monde Nissin’s regulations and standards on warehousing and product handling in different store type level and distribution’s warehouse</li>
	<li>Ensure proper implementation of pricing across all distribution channels</li>
	<li>Ensure people implementation of merchandising guidelines</li>

Channel Development Specialist

Job Summary: 
We are looking for a Mainframe JCL Analyst with strong exposure to JCL, ISPF, and mainframe operations. This role is part of a Service Management Team supporting non-production environments, focusing on batch job control, incident handling, and environment availability. This is not a development or debugging role but requires familiarity with mainframe tools and operational processes. 
 
Key Responsibilities: 
• Manage and maintain JCL scripts for batch job execution. 
• Operate within TSO/ISPF for job monitoring and file management. 
• Support non-production environments, including shakeouts and availability reporting. 
• Handle non-prod batch management using Ctrl-M. 
• Participate in incident management and ITIL-based service processes. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth batch operations. 
• Contribute to the creation of operating models and frameworks for service delivery. 
 
Required Skills: 
• JCL (Job Control Language) – Must Have 
• TSO/ISPF – Good to Have 
• Basic understanding of mainframe architecture – Good to Have 
• Incident management knowledge – Preferred 
• ITIL experience or training – Preferred 
• Ctrl-M for batch scheduling – Preferred

Roles &amp; Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions using Oracle Utilities Customer Care &amp; Billing SPL.

- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to application development.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned with industry best practices and standards.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed.

Professional &amp; Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expertise in Oracle Utilities Customer Care &amp; Billing SPL.

- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.

- Experience with Java, SQL, and PL/SQL.

- Experience with application development tools such as Eclipse, JDeveloper, and SQL Developer.

- Experience with version control tools such as Git and SVN.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Customer Care &amp; Billing SPL.

- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
