<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our growing finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. This role requires a strong understanding of Philippine accounting principles and tax regulations. You will work in a hybrid setup, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.</p>

<ul>
	<li>Financial Record Management: Accurately record and maintain the company's day-to-day financial transactions in our accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, etc.).</li>
	<li>Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage and process invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.</li>
	<li>Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of all bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.</li>
	<li>Compliance and Audits - Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, PEZA, and other regulatory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors and facilitate audit processes.</li>
	<li>Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, such as the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.</li>
	<li>Compliance: Ensure all financial practices and records comply with Philippine financial regulations and standards.</li>
	<li>Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to our bookkeeping processes and internal controls.</li>
</ul>

<p>This is a hybrid position that combines the benefits of in-office collaboration at our Golden Mile Business Park, Carmona, Cavite office, with the flexibility of working from home. The specific schedule will be discussed during the interview process</p>
