We’re looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day administration and help improve how we operate.

This role is not just task-based — we want someone who can think, suggest improvements, and help us build better systems over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Email management (organising inbox, drafting replies, flagging priorities)

Data entry and maintaining accurate records

Working with Google Sheets and Excel (cleaning, organising, basic formulas)

Assisting with admin tasks across the business

Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting improvements

What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience with Google Sheets and Excel

High attention to detail

Clear written communication

Ability to take initiative and improve systems

Reliable and consistent
