About your responsibilities for the Role

<ul>
	<li>Provide expertise on cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Slack, Google Workspace) and assist in their adoption.</li>
	<li>Plan, implement, and manage IT infrastructure improvements and upgrades, ensuring scalability and performance.</li>
	<li>Analyze and resolve IT infrastructure issues to ensure uninterrupted business operations.</li>
	<li>Manage Microsoft 365 Admin Center, including user management, configurations, and security settings.</li>
	<li>Able to assist in administering and troubleshooting public cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ensure integration with on-premise solutions.</li>
	<li>Coordinate the installation and configuration of hardware, software, and networking components (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).</li>
	<li>Provide help desk support, managing and resolving tickets in a timely and professional manner, with a focus on root-cause analysis and solution implementation.</li>
