<p><strong>Scope of Responsibilities / Job Description:</strong></p>

<ul>
	<li>Support and maintain SAP FICO module.</li>
	<li>Develop functional specifications for customizations and enhancements, including reports and data processing.</li>
	<li>Handle day-to-day support activities (FICO module), respond to user requests, and resolve issues in a timely manner.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with end users and cross-functional teams to solve system-related issues.</li>
	<li>Initiate and implement system improvements for SAP FICO and related modules.</li>

	<li>Mengatur proses routing dan distribusi SPK ke vendor perakitan.</li>
	<li>Melakukan pengecekan dan monitoring routing perakitan harian.</li>
	<li>Berkoordinasi dengan vendor perakitan untuk memastikan kebutuhan instalasi di setiap wilayah terpenuhi.</li>
	<li>Berkolaborasi dengan tim internal (Inhouse) untuk memastikan permintaan customer dapat dipenuhi sesuai timeline.</li>
	<li>Memonitor dan memastikan plan routing berjalan efektif dan sesuai target.</li>
	<li>Melakukan eskalasi kepada atasan apabila terdapat kendala operasional yang membutuhkan penanganan lebih lanjut.</li>
