The Center for Leadership and Change, Inc. (FranklinCovey Philippines) is looking for a Client Development Associate for Public. He / She is responsible for maintaining and developing CLCI accounts through telemarketing.

 

Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Build a robust sales pipeline through phone calls / email messages to generate sales for FranklinCovey public programs</li>
	<li>Close sales and exceed his/her specific individual annual/monthly sales targets</li>
	<li>Can clearly explain the benefits of FranklinCovey programs, processes, products, and services</li>
	<li>Build a strong client relationship to ensure that the account is maintained and actively sending participants in FranklinCovey’s public programs</li>
	<li>Provide general administrative support (when needed) to the Public Workshop Team to ensure smooth delivery of programs</li>
	<li>Ensure an updated CRM (Salesforce) database</li>
