	<li>Memantau progress, kualitas, risiko, dependency, dan penggunaan resource dalam proses development serta melakukan tindakan preventif apabila terdapat potensi hambatan terhadap delivery.</li>
	<li>Terlibat dalam product discussion, technical discussion, customer meeting, product demo, maupun technical presales apabila dibutuhkan.</li>
	<li>Mengidentifikasi dan menjalankan improvement terhadap proses kerja, workflow, engineering practices, dan kolaborasi lintas fungsi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan produktivitas tim.</li>
	<li>Mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi baru, AI, dan automation untuk meningkatkan produktivitas Engineering dan efektivitas proses pengembangan produk.</li>
	<li>Membangun lingkungan Engineering yang kolaboratif dan high-performing melalui coaching, mentoring, knowledge sharing, dan continuous improvement.</li>
	<li>Memastikan proses kerja Engineering mengikuti standar keamanan informasi, perlindungan data, K3L, ISO, serta kebijakan perusahaan yang berlaku.</li>
	<li>Memastikan dokumentasi teknis dan operasional Engineering terkelola dengan baik untuk mendukung keberlangsungan proses kerja tim.</li>
	<li>Menjadi strategic partner bagi Head of Engineering dalam memberikan insight teknis maupun operasional, mengidentifikasi risiko dan peluang, serta membantu menjalankan inisiatif Engineering di tingkat organisasi.</li>
