	<li>Manage defect lifecycle in Azure DevOps: log all defects with clear reproduction steps, severity classification, and screenshots or log evidence; assign to the relevant specialist; track to resolution; verify fixes and close confirmed defects.</li>
	<li>Produce SIT summary reports for the Delivery Manager before each CAB submission: test coverage, pass/fail rates, open defects by severity, and a clear go/no-go recommendation for production deployment.</li>
	<li>Coordinate UAT with Singapore business users: prepare UAT test data and scenarios, walk Singapore stakeholders through test scripts, log UAT defects, and track resolution.</li>
	<li>Conduct POS deployment testing: validate POS configuration changes in staging/sandbox environments before Singapore IT Infrastructure &amp; Support executes on-site; test end-to-end transaction flows, payment processing, and integration with loyalty and financial systems.</li>
	<li>Test API integrations between client’s systems: use Postman or equivalent to validate request/response behaviour for key integration points.</li>
	<li>Support performance and load testing for customer-facing systems (e-commerce storefront) ahead of peak trading periods: coordinate tooling, execute test runs, and report results to the Delivery Manager.</li>
	<li>Maintain test environment hygiene: coordinate with the Cloud &amp; Infrastructure Engineer to ensure staging environments are refreshed with appropriately masked data; confirm no production PII is used in test environments.</li>

Calon programmer / software engineer yang terpilih berdasar CV selanjutnya akan mengikuti test dalam tahapan - tahapan sebagai berikut :

Tahap 1 : Live algorithm test, dilaksanakan sesuai jadwal. Pastikan pelamar menyiapkan laptop/pc dan koneksi internet yang baik untuk video-conferece call. Test dalam bentuk test basic algoritma, bahasa pemrograman bebas.

Tahap 2 : Live coding yang dilaksanakan secara offline (apabila domisili Bandung dan online)

Tahap 3: Interview

Setelah lulus interview, calon programmer akan menjalani :

	<li>Tahap On Job Training (OJT) selama 2 minggu sebagai perkenalan kantor dan tugas. Lokasi OJT di Kantor Pusat Akhdani di Bandung. Mohon diperhatikan selama OJT Akhdani hanya memberikan uang saku</li>
	<li>Tahap Probation. Masa percobaan calon programmer Akhdani untuk memastikan kesesuaian kapasitas kerja, adaptasi, kemampuan belajar dan kecocokan culture untuk bekerja di Akhdani. Durasi probation adalah 3 bulan setelah OJT.</li>
	<li>Evaluasi. Review atas hasil kerja selama masa probation. Dilanjutkan dengan kontrak kerja bagi yang lolos probation.</li>
