The Remote Web Developer’s primary role is to create and maintain the clients website - collaborating with the design and On page teams. The Web Developer is expected to work closely with the SEO in ensuring the website's performance and other plugin implementations needed for the website.

	<li>Updates website layout, user interface, or WordPress themes using standard HTML/CSS practices (for SEO-only clients).</li>
	<li>Monitors website status and ensures optimal site performance.</li>
	<li>Collaborates with the content, IT, design, and SEO teams to ensure websites are functioning and optimized properly.</li>
	<li>Participates in meetings and brainstorming sessions with the SEO team.</li>

	<li>Performs one-off tasks and site maintenance.</li>

Job Description : 

The Growth &amp; Operations Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing all non-technical, client-facing, and operational aspects of the business. This role is responsible for managing marketing execution, client communications, day-to-day operations, and internal coordination to ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently without requiring involvement from the CTO.

We are looking for a proactive, highly accountable individual who takes initiative, identifies gaps, and ensures execution and follow-through across the organization.

The ideal candidate has exceptionally high standards for quality, branding, execution, and customer experience. Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

Marketing &amp; Growth Execution

<ul>
	<li>Own execution and accuracy of all marketing outputs including newsletters, social media content, and campaigns</li>
	<li>Ensure messaging, branding, and positioning are consistent and aligned with product updates</li>
	<li>Maintain a high standard of quality across all marketing and customer-facing materials </li>
	<li>Review and approve marketing materials before publication</li>
	<li>Continuously evaluate competitors and industry leaders to improve Unify360’s brand presence, messaging, and presentation quality </li>
	<li>Monitor website content and ensure all information (features, pricing, messaging) is accurate and up to date</li>
	<li>Ensure the website experience, visual presentation, and communication standards reflect a premium and professional SaaS brand </li>
	<li>Support creation and maintenance of sales decks, one-pagers, and client-facing materials</li>
</ul>

Operations Ownership

<ul>
	<li>Act as the central owner of all non-technical operational workflows</li>
	<li>Identify gaps in processes and implement scalable improvements</li>
	<li>Ensure cross-team alignment and collaboration between other departments, and product updates</li>
	<li>Maintain operational clarity in a fast-changing environment</li>

Client Support &amp; Coordination

	<li>Directly oversee the support function (tickets, onboarding, demos, and client communications)</li>
	<li>Serve as the escalation point for all non-technical client issues</li>

	<li>Coordinate closely with software for bug reports and feature requests </li>

Execution Leadership

Growth and Operations Manager

	<li>Produce and edit video content for our companies/brands and clients for social media.</li>
	<li>Meet with the team to create a video concept that matches the expected end result.</li>
	<li>Understand the storyline and the purpose of making videos.</li>
	<li>Research, plan, write script, create storyboard, edit videos and produce high-quality B-rolls, promotional and explainer video contents</li>
	<li>Build and maintain a consistent brand identity and voice across all video content</li>
	<li>Work on Footage and Animation</li>
	<li>Create text and visual animations to support video and advertising needs.</li>
	<li>Synchronizing recorded audio with the visual content</li>
	<li>Selecting, mixing and balancing speech, effects and soundtrack/music</li>
	<li>Improve video and audio quality by using various software.</li>
