	Manage bill dot com inbox for 3 entities. Code 50+ daily vouchers and route for approval to sync with QBO.

	Leads the month-end closing process.

	<li>Managing the accounts payable function that may or may not include performing the duties of an Accounts Payable Officer</li>
	<li>Ensuring the team's work is accurate and invoices are approved for payment using the correct process</li>
	<li>Ensuring the team is allocating purchase order numbers (if applicable) and resolving any issues</li>
	<li>Managing the resolution of issues escalated from team members</li>
	<li>Managing the employee expense claims process</li>
	<li>Planning and execution of the vendor payment runs</li>
	<li>Ensuring credit notes are processed accurately</li>
	<li>Managing the accuracy of the vendor database</li>
	<li>Reconciliation of supplier statements, credit cards, etc.</li>
	<li>Generating journals for month-end reporting</li>
	<li>Ongoing improvements to the accounts payable process</li>
	<li>Manages and trains accounts payable coordinators.</li>

NGP Integrated Marketing Communications 

Client and Project Management 

<ul>
	<li>Handle digital marketing projects; working and leading team members as necessary to ensure deliver of quality and timely output and service</li>
	<li>Act as day-to-day client contact and primary liaison between the client and implementing team</li>
	<li>Lead the weekly/bi-weekly meetings with clients and internal team</li>
	<li>Develop project plans to monitor and track progress, update project trackers </li>
	<li>Ensure that the output submitted to client are aligned with overall strategy and direction</li>
	<li>Proper documentation and organization of files related to assigned accounts/ projects</li>
	<li>Directly reports to Account Group Lead on status of projects handled </li>

Cross-Functional Collab

• Provides marketing updates and reports to management, he or she is involved with planning online and offline marketing initiatives
