Bookkeeping &amp; Financial Management

<ul>
	<li>Categorize and reconcile bank and credit card transactions</li>
	<li>Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online</li>
	<li>Perform monthly account reconciliations</li>
	<li>Maintain clean and organized financial records</li>
	<li>Assist with bookkeeping cleanup and historical corrections as needed</li>
	<li>Manage receipt/expenses tied to transactions</li>
	<li>Support year-end tax preparation and coordination with CPA</li>

Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis

<ul>
	<li>Provide weekly and/or monthly financial reports</li>
	<li>Monitor cash flow and account balances</li>
	<li>Help identify spending trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement</li>
	<li>Assist with budgeting and financial planning initiatives</li>
	<li>Help establish systems for business goals such as debt payoff, reserve savings, and marketing budgets</li>
