Sparks Music is a children’s music education company that delivers a fun, structured, and internationally standardized learning experience through Indonesia’s first Adventure-Based Learning approach in music education. As a Music Teacher at Sparks Music, you will inspire and guide students through fun, structured, and progressive music learning journeys. You will teach private and/or group lessons while helping deliver Sparks’ unique Adventure-Based Learning experience for children.

Responsibilities:

	<li>Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents</li>
	<li>Prepare students for recitals, exams, and internal performances</li>
	<li>Support showcases and student evaluation events</li>
	<li>Collaborate with curriculum, operations, and fellow teachers</li>
	<li>Maintain a positive, professional, and supportive learning environment</li>
