	<li>Lead the planning and execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations</li>
	<li>Translate brand positioning into creative concepts, messaging, and storytelling</li>
	<li>Work closely with social media, marketing team, and sales teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly</li>
	<li>Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and consumer behavior to keep the brand relevant and ahead of the curve</li>
	<li>Collaborate with KOLs, creators, and partners to build impactful brand moments</li>
	<li>Analyze campaign performance and generate insights to optimize future strategies</li>
	<li>Ensure all campaigns stay consistent with the brand voice, values, and visual identity</li>
	<li>Continuously explore new marketing ideas, formats, and digital trends</li>

Brand & Creative Strategist

Responsibilities:

<ul>

	Responsible for the operation performance of key users and improvement of contents.
	</li>
	<li>
	Do analysis &amp; give suggestion in order to choose the right influencers/KOL.
	</li>
	<li>
	Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies.
	</li>
	<li>
	Maintain a good relationship with KOL/influencers.
	</li>
	<li>
	Brainstorm with the marketing team on how to increase the marketing engagement by collaborating with certain KOL/Influencers.
	</li>
	<li>
	Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and consumer behavior to keep the brand relevant and ahead of the curve
	</li>
	<li>
	Collaborate with KOLs, creators, and partners to build impactful brand moments
	</li>
	<li>Analyze campaign performance and generate insights to optimize future strategiest</li>

	Responsible for managing and optimizing affiliate program performance across e-commerce and social commerce platforms.
	</li>
	<li>
	Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliate creators and communities.
	</li>
	<li>
	Monitor affiliate sales performance and provide recommendations to improve GMV and conversion.
